Please join us at the Institute for our first folding workshop. We’ll be teaching the Business Card Origami techniques developed by Dr. Jeanine Mosely to make mathematical fractals.

The event is part of  our new exhibition making space, that includes a six-month long experiment in hands-on mathematics. During the course of the exhibition, Institute visitors are invited to help build a large-scale sculpture out of 60,000 specially-designed business cards. Come and make fractals, or use Dr. Mosely’s techniques to design new geometric objects of your own. We want your input as we design and construct a never-before-realized fractal landscape.

No experience required. All materials will be provided at the workshop.
